Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director to join our team in New Jersey, United States. The role primarily revolves around identifying and responding to bid and proposal opportunities, managing the sales process, and contributing to marketing efforts in our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and respond to requests for bid and proposal opportunities

• Create and utilize selling techniques to drive business growth and establish a pipeline of prospects and inquiries

• Present our products, services, and pricing professionally and confidently to prospects and clients, negotiating engagement terms as necessary

• Oversee and manage the sales process to ensure a successful close

• Provide subject matter expertise and support to the delivery team for successful project completion

• Participate in marketing efforts, including involvement in conferences and maintenance of marketing materials

• Assist in the identification and development of new product and service offerings

• Contribute to improving sales performance by training and familiarizing personnel with service offerings, CRM system, and sales process

• Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and compliance services in the industry

Please note that this role requires skills in Compliance, Actimize, CRM, KYC, and Microsoft Office Suites.

Requirements • Proven experience in a Director role, preferably within a compliance-focused environment

• Proficiency in using Actimize software for risk and compliance management

• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Knowledge and understanding of the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Familiarity with Mantas software, particularly in relation to compliance monitoring and detection

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives

• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, a Master’s degree is preferred

• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage

• Must be willing to adhere to all company policies and regulations

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
