Description

Our client is a boutique social media agency based in the Midwest, which assists local businesses in growing their digital footprint and meaningfully engaging with their customers on various social media platforms. We are currently seeking an innovative and resourceful Content Creator for our client.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and authentic content for two key clients. This role requires a mix of static and reels content creation, with a particular emphasis on reels. Your primary focus should be to develop user-generated content (UGC) style visuals while adhering to the brand guidelines.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating reels to promote the products on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Ensuring product placement is central, often with the brand logo being at the forefront of visuals.

• Creating static images with a strong focus on product placement.

Deliverables:

Client One: Create 8 reel posts per month that utilize a variety of formats including "come with me" videos, product features, and benefits.

Client Two: Create both static and reels content. This client often needs to adjust publishing deadlines, so flexibility will be appreciated.

Please note that this is a freelance opportunity, and only 5-10 hours per week of work will be required. Schedules will change based on projects and client deliverables, so flexibility is a must. The Content Freelancer must be located in Chicago and able to attend events to capture content as needed.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• proven experience in content capture

• working knowledge of Lightroom and filters

• understanding and mastery of balancing reels timing with a blend of product and user content

• the ability to work closely with clients
