Robert Half is currently assisting one of our clients in the North Miami area in their search for a Bilingual Front Desk Attendant. Our client is in the property management industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service to their residents.
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and bilingual individual to join our client's team as a Front Desk Attendant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and possess leasing experience, providing valuable support to both English and Spanish-speaking residents.
Responsibilities:
Welcome residents and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Assist with leasing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and conducting property tours.
Manage resident inquiries, work orders, and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.
Requirements
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or leasing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
