As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of client relations management, merchandising, branding, and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining robust relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Implement merchandising strategies to enhance the visual appeal of products and services.
Contribute to the development and execution of branding initiatives across diverse platforms.
Manage and optimize presence on various social media platforms.
Develop engaging content to increase brand visibility and foster a dynamic online community.
Arrange and facilitate client meetings to discuss strategies, address concerns, and strengthen partnerships.
Prepare presentation materials and collateral to effectively communicate value proposition.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Analyze data to provide insights that contribute to maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
Assist in planning and executing marketing events to promote services.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
Spearhead philanthropic initiatives to enhance the brand's social responsibility and community impact.
Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships that align with values.
Implement strategies to increase brand recognition and awareness in the target market.
Develop and nurture relationships with key influencers and industry leaders.
Implement programs and initiatives that enhance the overall brand experience.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Valid Driver's license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in marketing or project management is a plus.
