Description
As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems. You will serve as the final escalation point for all systems-related issues, providing expert-level support and guidance to resolve complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, SAN storage solutions, networking concepts, and firewalls. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and objectives. Apply today for immediate consideration!
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the final escalation point for all systems-related issues, providing expert-level support and guidance to resolve complex technical challenges.
Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and administration of server operating systems.
Administer Microsoft Office 365/O365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Configure and manage SAN storage solutions to ensure data availability, integrity, and performance.
Provide support for light networking tasks, including VLAN configuration, switch management, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Administer and maintain Fortinet firewalls, including configuration, rule management, and security policy enforcement.
Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to identify system requirements, design solutions, and implement changes as needed.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system availability and performance.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and policies.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in system engineering or a related role.
Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Office 365/O365.
Experience with SAN storage solutions and storage area networks.
Knowledge of networking concepts and experience with Fortinet firewalls.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
