Officer Manager Alexandria, VA Trade Association

$80k, plus benefits, flexible hybrid work schedule/great work-life balance

My client is an international Trade Association located in Alexandria, VA with a need for a dynamic Office Manager. The Office Manager will report to the Executive Director and be responsible for bookkeeping, office operations, human resources duties and administrative support. The Office Manager will provide support to the Executive Director and manage accounts payables, receivables, and budgeting in QuickBooks. Candidates with experience using QuickBooks are highly encouraged to apply. The Office Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage office operations, including travel arrangements, expense reporting

• Process accounts payable vendor payments and account reconciliations

• Assist with implementing, and maintaining internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting

• Develop, implement, and maintain chart of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts

• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology, QuickBooks Online

• Coordinate and provide administrative support to Executives

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees

Requirements

Requirements:

2+ year experience in Accounting/Full Charge Bookkeeping

Experience in QuickBooks is highly preferred

2 + year of experience in office management support

Stable job history

Proficient in MS Excel

Quickbooks Online, Accounts Payable (AP), Bookkeeping
