Robert Half Technology's client, a growing accounting firm in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk analyst to immediately join their team in order to handle their rapid growth. This analyst must have at least a year of IT experience resolving tier 1 issues within Active Directory and escalating higher tier tickets through Remedy or ServiceNow ticketing system.
