My client is a well-established Professional Services Firm located in Arlington, VA with a need for a Travel & Expense Specialist. The Travel & Expense Specialist will report to the Accounting Manager and offers tremendous career growth. Candidates with Concur experience are highly encouraged to apply. The Travel & Expense Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:
Process and review employee travel and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies
Monitor compliance with the company’s travel and expense policy and elevate issues as needed
Provide training and guidance on travel and expense business practices and expense reporting processes to employees
Maintain Concur system and guide employees through process

Requirements
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
Expertise in Concur Expense
Proficiency in Expense Reimbursements
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
Competent with spreadsheets and databases
Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
