Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in west Denver. This role involves managing and maintaining our credit and billing systems in a construction industry setting.
Responsibilities include:
• Processing customer bills and preparing journal entries of adjustments to billings.
• Communicating with customers regarding billing adjustments.
• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records.
• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
• Using software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks.
• Applying cash collections and managing commercial collections.
• Handling account reconciliation and AIA Billing tasks.
Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation.
• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience in Billing and Cash Applications.
• Knowledge of Cash Collections and Commercial Collections processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Experience in AIA Billing is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
