Description
We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves developing strategies and managing marketing activities across various channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our content calendar, managing social media content, conducting market and competitor analysis, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the content strategy and calendar
• Lead social content creation, including designing, copywriting, editing, and exporting assets across all channels
• Conduct social listening to understand customer needs and pain points
• Manage the distribution of e-newsletters and ensure distribution lists are up-to-date
• Execute paid advertisements across social/digital platforms, including monitoring, tracking, and optimizing
Requirements
• Proven experience in community of social media management
• B2B experience
• Experience working in Canva and/or creative suite
