Requirements: experience in candidates should have knowledge in:

  • Reconciliation of operating reports to the subsidiary job cost ledger

  • Reporting and analysis of production and inventories

  • Finalize and distribute weekly operating reports to operations and management

  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of standard and average cost rates.

  • Ensure inventory recordkeeping meets audit standards and support annual audit of all inventory and related accounts.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs and to implement cost savings processes.

  • Perform month end close responsibilities. This includes preparing and entering month end journal entries, performing variance analysis and preparing balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Manage reporting to analyze and communicate critical business drivers, such as expense trends, order completion status, inventory tracking, scrap reporting, etc…
