Robert Half Office Team Customer Service Representative in BALTIMORE, Maryland
Local service provider seeks motivated career-oriented customer service specialists who understand customer care, dispatch and client satisfaction with a sense of urgency. Candidates will be required to take back to back incoming calls in the customer service and sales department wherein they will quote jobs, negotiate pricing, schedule appointments and document detailed up to the minute information in customer management database system. Candidates must have a proven track record of working in a fast environment with advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, use Serveman (will train). Will be responsible for daily and weekly team metrics within the inbound customer service call center as well as be responsible for making follow up outbound calls to promote quality of service and retention. Will be responsible for routing, dispatch and customer contact and should enjoy creating relationships and providing solutions sometimes out of the box! Must have intermediate MS Excel skills for daily and weekly reporting, be organized and detail oriented. Parking on site. HVAC and Plumbing Industry experience a plus
