We are offering a role for a Chief Operations Officer in the Non-Profit industry, located in Baltimore, Maryland, 21218, United States. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity where you'll be responsible for overseeing the operations of our services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the telecom services to ensure efficiency and productivity

• Leverage your knowledge of ADP - Financial Services, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and Management System to improve operational efficiency

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation

• Implement and oversee budget processes to ensure financial sustainability and profitability

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Oversee hiring processes to ensure the recruitment of qualified personnel

• Implement 'About Time' in managing and tracking work hours of personnel

• Constantly review operations processes and suggest improvements when necessary.

Requirements • Demonstrable proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Skilled in the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software

• Experience in managing Management Systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Experience in managing Budget Processes

• Understanding of Compliance regulations and standards

• Exceptional Customer Service skills

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes
