Description
We are looking or an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process. This includes processing invoices, verifying accuracy, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
1+ years of experience in accounts payable or related financial role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
