Requirements: Summary of skills:
AWS/Cloud mgmt. experience (EC2, ElastiCache, ElasticBeanstalk, VPC, IAM, DirectConnect, RDS, S3)
Advanced knowledge of designing/configuring Web App stacks (memcache, Apache, nginx, Tomcat, Java, Databases)
Exceptional scripting experience (Ruby, Bash, Python, etc.)
Configuration management (Jenkins, Chef, Continuous Integration, Continuous deployment methodologies)
Linux (CentOS, Amazon Linux, or other flavor)
Strong IP networking skills. Firewalls, switches, Security groups, etc.
Monitoring / APM technologies and solutions. (NewRelic, LogicMonitor, Nagios, etc.)
Grails/Groovy programming knowledge a plus.
