Description
We're looking for an success driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Purchasing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects by expediting materials and services in a fast-paced environment. This role will be instrumental in s in handling logistics, and ensuring smooth operations in our purchasing department.
Responsibilities:
Expedite the procurement of materials and services for our projects
Forge strong relationships with vendors to guarantee timely delivery and maintain a smooth supply chain
Process purchase orders and invoices accurately
Maintain meticulous records of purchases and inventory levels
Assist in the logistics coordination, ensuring our materials arrive on time and in the right place
Be the voice of urgency, contacting vendors and following up relentlessly to ensure answers and resolutions are swift.
Assist with various purchasing tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience in receiving or logistics is prefered.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Sense of urgency in contacting vendors. and resolving issues in a timely manner.
