Description
Robert Half has a rewarding career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative in a growing industry. This long-term contract Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available to work in south west, Minnesota area. Responsibilities:
Manage a daily list of 15-20 contracts in their new system
Email these contracts to customers and track their responses
Follow up on contracts sent out the previous week that did not receive a purchase order (PO)
Handle customer calls to explain price increases (a script will be provided)
Escalate complex issues to a senior customer service representative
Update and reconfigure contracts on the new system platform
Ensure accurate number matches for customers and their respective contracts
Use two screens for operations
Handle minimal inbound calls (around 3/day)
Make follow-up calls or send emails to customers if they have not yet returned a quote or PO
These calls are typically short, aimed at expediting the receipt of POs.
Requirements
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
Adeptness in customer service
General familiarity with CRM
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
