Description
We are currently seeking three full-time Customer Service/Order Entry Specialists in response to increased orders for our client ahead of an upcoming transition. The Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist position will start immediately on a contract basis through the end of the year with the potential to extend into next year, so our client is seeking candidates who are open to long-term contracts. The responsibilities of the role include:
Processing of credits and returns.
Reviewing orders to ensure completion prior to pulling product from production.
Manage and respond to customer-related emails.
ETA and backorder communication through internal channels
Queue management for incoming orders.
Requirements
Requirements of the Position include:
Prior experience with SAP is preferred.
Proven ability to work independently and manage their workday.
2+ years of Order Entry, Inventory Management, or Customer Service experience
Ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
