Description We are in the process of recruiting a Tax Preparer for our Financial Services team located in Bloomington, Minnesota, United States. This role is centered around utilizing Ultra Pro Software to efficiently manage high-volume tasks and ensure accuracy in tax-related matters. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain strict track of all taxation transactions and assist with tax audits and returns.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify tax data for accuracy.

• Perform regular data entry tasks and update the information in the Ultra Pro software.

• Maintain strict track of all taxation transactions and ensure proper record keeping.

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure tax compliance.

• Utilize Ultra Pro software to streamline tax filling operations.

• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.

• Address and resolve tax-related queries in a timely manner.

• Ensure secure handling of confidential information.

• Proficiency in using the Ultra Pro software.

• Ability to work with high volume tasks without compromising accuracy. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of tax preparation

• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge and understanding of tax-related terms such as Deductible, Annual Tax, Complex Tax, Complex Tax Return, Consolidated Tax Return, Corporate Tax Return, and Corporate Income Tax

• Proficient in the use of Creative Solutions - UltraTax

• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records

• Ability to handle and prepare complex tax returns

• Experience in corporate tax return preparation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred but not required)

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is a plus
