We are offering an opportunity for a Change Management Specialist based in Boca Raton, Florida. The role involves managing and enhancing our organization's relationship with the community, the public, government and regulatory authorities, shareholders, and employees. This position will require the development and delivery of organizational change management, surveys, training, and coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and programs that enhance the organization's relations with community, the public, government and regulatory authorities, shareholders, and employees.

• Coordinate the dissemination of the organization's information through various media channels.

• Research and plan special events, public speaking engagements, or other means to reach defined audiences and meet specific program objectives.

• Prepare and lead training classes, assess student performance, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively deliver information and training.

• Apply knowledge of change management principles and ADKAR methodology in organizational initiatives.

• Conduct research and analysis to support the planning processes of organizational programs.

• Manage the logistics of travel and onsite requirements for off-site training or events.

• Ensure all communication and training materials align with company policy.

• Develop and administer surveys to assess the effectiveness of organizational change management initiatives.

Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in communication, including public speaking and media contacts

• Proven experience in training and conducting training courses

• Familiarity with policy planning processes and organizational change management

• Knowledge of research analysis and survey methodology

• Proven ability to manage special events and travel arrangements

• Experience with change management models such as ADKAR

• Ability to align communication strategies with program objectives

• Proficiency in using different media platforms for communication

• Ability to conduct research and analysis for strategic planning

• Proven experience in teaching or training in a professional setting

• Willingness to travel as required by the role

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

• Understanding of organizational change management strategies and methodologies

• Demonstrated public speaking skills and ability to present complex information in an engaging manner. Innovation starts with people.®
