Our commitment to excellence and integrity sets us apart in this dynamic field. Based in Boca Raton, FL, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

Position Overview: The Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic human resources consultation and support to designated business units. This role involves leading organizational assessments, developing workforce plans, and overseeing employee relations within assigned units. Additionally, the Human Resources Business Partner will provide tactical support to line managers, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, execute talent strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide human resources consultation and support to designated business units.

  • Develop and execute workforce plans based on industry trends and issues.

  • Lead organizational assessments to address performance gaps.

  • Provide tactical support to line managers and act as an HR liaison.

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify talent gaps and implement hiring strategies.

  • Conduct recruiting activities and assist with the hiring process.

  • Provide coaching and development to managers and employees.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Represent the HR department in cross-functional projects.

  • Develop and implement standard HR processes and procedures.

  • Monitor HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement.

  • Conduct audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team.

  • Standardize HR processes across different departments and business units.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and procedures.

  • Lead talent management initiatives and develop high-potential employees.

  • Identify organizational effectiveness issues and develop solutions.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Onsite full-time position.

    Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of related experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Previous experience in direct supervision of HR professionals preferred.

  • Experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness preferred.

Additional Experience Information:

  • SHRM certificate preferred.

  • Previous supervisor experience preferred.

  • Experience working with senior-level executives and external stakeholders.
