Description

We are in the Rental/Leasing Services industry located in Bonita Springs, Florida, 34134, United States, seeking a dedicated Business Systems Salesforce Analyst. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where your primary function will be to develop and support Salesforce.com solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related applications. You will be working closely with various business and functional teams to ensure a seamless process for managing relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements and translate them into detailed specifications for Salesforce.com solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency as new Salesforce.com features and functionality are introduced.

• Implement and maintain user-facing components such as customer reports, page layouts, dashboards, and user input screens to provide a scalable solution for all users.

• Coordinate between Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other internal Salesforce.com applications to ensure consistency and prevent conflicts.

• Leverage knowledge of existing Salesforce.com applications to analyze complex solutions, enabling effective troubleshooting and isolation of system issues.

• Configure and maintain declarative Salesforce capabilities including Workflow and Approval Processes.

• Support the design and implementation of 3rd party data integrations.

• Perform Salesforce administration, release management, and deployment as well as management of Salesforce.com sandboxes.

• Provide support and insight to junior members of the Salesforce.com team to ensure consistency across Salesforce.com applications and customer service interaction.

• Create and manage users; Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc.

• Coordinate with our Cybersecurity organization around the identification and mitigation of potential security gaps.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst role within the Rental/Leasing Services industry

• Proficiency in business systems, including Salesforce Configuration and Administration

• Experience with Confluence and Database management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Proven ability to perform AB Testing

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies

• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents

• Strong design skills, including the ability to create and interpret diagrams
