Description
Robert Half Legal has partnered with a Colorado based firm in search for a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney. The firm is working on expanding their San Diego office which opened four years ago. The team in San Diego is currently working 100% remote as they are looking to find office space in San Diego. You will be handing typical litigation tasks including taking and depending depositions, participating in trials, mediations, and discovery, handling e-discovery, and writing, research, briefs, etc. The firm handle a lot of employment and construction cases but the scope of the work is widespread. The firm is very flexible when it comes to work/life balance and the billables are manageable at 1700.
Requirements
JD from an accredited law school
Barred in California
5+ years of litigation experience
Ability to work autonomously
Strong research and writing skills
e-discovery experience is a huge plus
