Description
Our client, a rapidly growing company, is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the day-to-day accounting activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement. As the Controller, you will oversee the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborating with business leaders to pinpoint areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance financial reporting capabilities, in addition to aiding in the development and implementation of accounting tools to support company growth. Requirements
-BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-7+ years in accounting, CPA required
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
