Office Team is recruiting for Super Star Sales Associates with Retail experience for the Holiday Season, starting in September through mid-January! Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, sales oriented candidate who has a passion for helping people. Candidates must be dedicated to providing the best in-store experience for customers, have retail experience, and possess a passion for Christmas! Main duties:

  • Greeting customers and making sure they feel welcomed.

  • Offering assistance and working to ensure customers leave our store satisfied and excited about their experience

  • Educating customers about our clients products

  • Completing transactions with the use of iPad apps like Square

  • Documenting transactions in our clients back-end technology systems

  • Restocking merchandise as needed and performing other daily duties routine to retail (e.g. adhering to visual standards, etc.)

  • Representing our client to customers in a way that's brand consistent and gets customers excited about purchasing our clients product. Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • Enthusiasm and excitement about Christmas and Balsam Hill.

  • Great sales skills. Retail sales experience a strong plus.

  • Dependable, punctual and reliable.

  • Availability in the evenings, weekends, and Thanksgiving weekend through the first week of January.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Proactive mindset with great problem-solving skills.

  • Must be able to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to communicate well with others and be a team player.

  • Proven ability to follow directions, learn quickly and work with minimum supervision. Hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (Schedule subject to change, weekends and evenings required) Client is flexible with hours, open to having people with full time or part time availability Start Date: Early December Duration: Through Mid-January, depending on needs of client Pay Rate: $15 per hour While working as a contract employee through Office Team, you will have access to benefits, be eligible for holiday pay and bonus pay, have access to complimentary online tutorials and can participate in our 401K program after 52 consecutive weeks of contract employment. ** Please send resume to in MS Word document.
