  • Filing (includes label making and creating folders)

  • Receiving orders from clients and customers

  • Processing orders in their database (Oracle)

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner via phone and e-mail

  • Update customer and client information as needed

  • Follow-up call with potential consumers

  • Follow-up with consumers to ensure they had a good experience

  • Potentially learning how to up-sell Requirements:

  • 6+ months or more of related work experience. Detail oriented.

  • Accountable, accurate, organized and disciplined

  • Able to multi-task

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Able to submit ideas for events and office gatherings Pay Rate: Ranges from $16.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on work history.
