Our client in the Burnaby area is in need of a Contract Part-time Payroll Administrator. Our client is number one in their industry and continue expanding in BC. As the Contract Part-time Payroll Administrator will be to oversee the bi-weekly/semi-monthly payroll, ensuring all regulations and guidelines are adhered to. Some reconciliation of payroll related general ledger would be part of your job description as the Payroll Administrator. Other duties will include remitting payroll taxes and government reporting and preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements.
To be considered, you must be available immediately, have 1+ years experience in payroll, have worked with ADP and understand the processes. You should have good communication skills, both written and verbal and formal payroll education.
