We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. Your expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with our company's goals and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.

  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed to verify candidate credentials and employment history.

  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including drafting offer letters and coordinating onboarding activities.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully filling various positions across multiple departments and levels.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection techniques.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
