Accountemps is seeking Bookkeepers ready for their next assignment! As a bookkeeper, your responsibilities will typically include: Entering and coding of all payable invoices, bi-weekly and ad hoc AP check writing, maintaining vendor relationships with timely vendor correspondence, entering and coding all client invoices, recording cash receipts, and complete daily bank deposits. You will be responsible for collecting on any AR aging items and will assist in end of month/ end of year reconciliations.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, 2-3 years of relevant Accounting experience. Experience working with QuickBooks, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
