  • Answer inbound calls and discuss service options with customers

  • Conduct any necessary research to answer customer's questions

  • Make outbound calls to discuss past-due loans, making payment arrangements, and posting payments

  • Follow up on dealer issues and concerns (contract errors) in a timely manner

  • Complete data entry of contract information into the system to assist team in processing all packages received daily

  • Assist Credit Department with verifying and processing contract information

  • Adhere to legal and operational compliance by strictly following all company policy and procedures

Requirements: What we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor's Degree if you have 0 years of previous experience in Customer Service, or

  • An Associate's Degree if you have 2+ years of previous experience in Customer Service, or

  • A High School Diploma if you have 7+ years of previous experience in Customer Service

  • A flexible schedule (must have availability between 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday, and some Saturdays)

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Analytical and multitasking skills

  • Reliable transportation
