Responsibilities:
• Promptly answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments for members utilizing strong organizational skills
• Communicate effectively with customers via email and text messages
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other tasks
• Maintain a dependable and reliable work ethic, demonstrating the ability to think on feet
• Exhibit personability while interacting with customers over the phone
• Ensure a smooth transition between calls, maintaining a steady workflow
• Monitor and log a minimum of 20 calls per hour
• Uphold a casual dress code while maintaining professional conduct
• Utilize problem-solving skills to offer solutions to customers' needs.
Requirements
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy
• Familiarity with email correspondence and management
• Proficiency in scheduling appointments
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
