Robert Half Property Bookkeeper in Centennial, Colorado
Description Talented and eager Bookkeepers will find a permanent opportunity available via Robert Half. Apply now! This role will consist of Bookkeeper tasks such as data entry, full cycle A/P, and cash applications. On top of this, you will manage month-end closing, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and accounts payable. Major responsibilities
Work on special projects occasionally
Skilled in credit card management and reconciliation
Complete Accounts Payable
Prepare cash flow projections, as needed
Arrange sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
Knowledgeable with Accounts Receivable
Provide monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Support monthly accounting close
Draw up subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Uphold a general ledger
Manage monthly accounting close Requirements - Self-starter and strong ethical standards
Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
Experience with Form 1099
Expertise in Excel Formulas
1099 Pro Software experience preferred
Deep understanding of Commercial Property Management
QuickBooks experience desired
Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
Top notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
Critical thinking skills and the ability to retain complex work directions
- Crucial accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
- 2+ years of related experience
