We're actively seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you'll play a pivotal part in our financial operations, handling various tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, daily reconciliation for bank accounts, invoicing, and bank deposits. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of two years of experience in accounting, demonstrating proficiency in managing both payables and receivables efficiently. Your responsibilities will encompass processing invoices accurately, ensuring timely payments to vendors, managing customer invoices and collections for accounts receivable, conducting daily reconciliation of financial transactions with bank statements, and preparing and processing bank deposits in adherence to company protocols. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with accounting software are crucial for success in this role.
