Description
Robert Half's client in Chandler, Arizona is seeking an IT Support Specialist.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Daily review of system backups for local site and operating servers and network equipment (review and documentation).
Assist Network administrators with troubleshooting of Network Connectivity, Server and VOIP issues and maintaining correct Active Directory entries for desktops.
Support of Office Suite, Outlook email applications on the desktop and other company endorsed desktop and mobile applications.
First level support for all non SAP applications.
Resolution of hardware and software problems related to the desktop and mobile devices.
Maintain incident and service tickets. Preference is with Service Now.
Maintain Configuration Items (CI) in Computer Management Database (CMDB).
Support production and office peripherals as needed.
Maintenance and update of IoT device documentation relative to network components and login information
Maintenance of IoT and office device connections to the correct VLANs and networks.
Adherence to Code of Conduct.
Requirements
What is Required for this Role:
Technical School Diploma or Associates Degree in IT Administration or IT Technology.
Bachelors Degree Preferred.
1 to 3 years of practical experience.
Technical certifications are preferred.
Travel requirements up to 10% of time.
