Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment:
Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
Conduct thorough screening and interviews, providing actionable feedback to hiring managers.
Brand Building:
Coordinate job fairs, campus visits, and networking events to enhance our employer brand.
Actively participate in outreach activities to build a robust talent pool.
Training Program Management:
Design and deliver impactful training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives, providing insights for improvement.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate training records and databases to ensure compliance and track employee development.
Stay Informed:
Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and training.
Flexibility and Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the human resources team to identify top talent.
Contribute to various HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements - Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
Training Modules experience highly valued
Prior experience with Recruiting Initiatives
Training & development experience highly preferred
Previous experience working with training materials
Good understanding of training development
Practical knowledge of training
Foundational knowledge in Recruiting Activities
Adeptness in Employee Training
Hands-on experience with Job Fairs
Full Cycle Recruiting experience required
Corporate Recruiting experience desired
Demonstrated knowledge of Online training
Conduct Training Sessions experience highly desired
Earlier work involving training development
Deep understanding of recruiting
Experience with employee relations
Background working with Training Courses
General familiarity with Provide Training
Comprehension of Training Programs
- The top candidates have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- This role needs to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
