Robert Half Collections Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the Printing/Publishing industry based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. You will also handle monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly.
• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
• Conduct business-to-business collections.
• Operate collection operations and processes.
• Handle collections for commercial accounts.
• Utilize Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Adhere to collection laws and regulations to ensure all collection activities are lawful and ethical. Requirements • Possess expertise in B2B collections
• Have a deep understanding and experience in collection operations
• Familiarity with collection processes is essential
• Experience in the field of collections, particularly commercial collections
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Excel formulas is required
• Knowledge of the printing and publishing industry would be beneficial
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
