A company in South Charlotte is seeking a Data Services Analyst to assist with all aspects of data entry and screening for the organization. This person will assist a team with creating, implementing, and documenting standard operating procedures for the update process. This role requires keen attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced changing environment, a strong desire to learn, and good communication skills. Must be proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) The ideal person would have a keen eye for detail, willingness to do repetitive tasks, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Data entry and/or data analysis work experience required. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and identify areas of opportunity. - Work closely with the development team to implement list process changes. - Identify issues, including technical issues, and communicate these issues to the manager. - Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously with cross-functional teams. - Responsible for data entry. - Perform periodic reviews of all list data to ensure data accuracy. - Assist the manager with process documentation. - Other duties as assigned.
