Your responsibilities in this role
Make reports from within the contracts database on an as-needed basis- Compromise with clients on terms of agreements
Oversee contract execution processes
Run the whole life cycle of company contracts, from initial request to final signature and contract distribution
Manage and organize contracts database
Implement company contract execution policy and procedures
Entry of contract details into company database
Manage both internal and external requests for status of contracts
Promote and track the approval and execution process
Review contracts to ensure completeness
Produce a wide range of contractual provisions and administering contract proposals Requirements - Enhancement experience desired
Specification experience highly valued
Compliance experience preferred
Hands-on experience with Supply Chain Logistics
Good understanding of Execute
Earlier work involving Purchase Orders
Practical knowledge of Financial Notes
Background working with Stakeholders
Adeptness in contracts
Zoom experience required
Demonstrated knowledge of Leadership Skills
Planning Processes experience
Prior experience with agreements
Quotations experience highly desired
Previous experience working with suppliers
Documentation experience
Knowledge of reporting
Comprehension of Company Policy
Deep understanding of Business Partners
Experience with Streamlining
General familiarity with negotiation
Prepare Reports experience preferred
Metric Reporting experience highly preferred
Proficiency in training
Foundational knowledge in contract administration
Eagerness to learn new concepts
High-level skills in diverse computer applications
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
Requisite organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Relevant experience in the specific field or related area
