Description
Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a UX Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our digital products and services. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding our users' needs, creating intuitive and seamless user experiences, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research through various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts and ideas effectively.
Information Architecture: Develop information architecture and site maps to organize content and structure within digital products for optimal usability and navigation.
Interaction Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces with a focus on interaction design principles, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs, continuously improving the user experience based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure alignment with project goals, technical feasibility, and timelines.
Accessibility: Ensure that digital products comply with accessibility standards and guidelines to provide an inclusive user experience for all users, including those with disabilities.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design, and actively seek opportunities for learning and skill development.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
