Description
A national plaintiff-side civil litigation firm seeks an experienced Trial Attorney to join our busy Chicago, IL team. The ideal candidate excels at critical thinking, legal research and writing, oral advocacy, multi-tasking, the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, and a success driven drive to help our injured clients. Responsibilities include: drafting law and motion briefs, propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and court appearances. Intermediate to Advanced trial experience/skills are REQUIRED as this is a Trial-heavy position.
Requirements
Plaintiff side civil Litigation required
Asbestos Litigation experience highly preferred
Trial experience required
Licensed to practice law in IL
