What you’ll be responsible for:

Lead Generation

Own and manage the lead generation process and systems – work closely with marketing and sales leadership to achieve joint goals for lead generation.

Move marketing leads through the funnel, from initial contact to conversion. This involves regular communication, offering value at each stage of the customer journey, and addressing specific needs and interests of the leads.

Campaign Creation

Create and drive comprehensive marketing campaigns and programs to support our suite of capabilities using various channels including digital, events, and social media.

Alongside content creators, develop thought leadership content, compelling ad copy, and new marketing assets that align with the customer journey, sales buying stages and support the go to market plan.

Develop an understanding of our audience using metrics and recommend segmentation based on interests; use voice of the customer feedback to inform decisions.

Account Based Marketing

Align closely with account teams to understand our client’s needs and craft engaging campaigns that resonate with clients.

Work with the account teams to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within these accounts.

Website & SEO

In partnership with our SEO partner, continuously refine keyword lists based on performance data and market trends and recognize the unique interplay and opportunities for leverage between SEM and SEO.

Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid marketing channels as required by strategy.

Data & Results

Use A/B testing and other marketing tactics to gather data and insights and then analyze the results to understand user behavior, preferences, and trends. Document campaign performance to constantly improve overall program effectiveness and increase the impact of marketing on revenue and profitability.

Develop digital KPIs in partnership with the business and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of marketing, business, sales, or other relevant experience. B2B and technology experience preferred but not required.

• Must be detail oriented, organized, and a strategic thinker.

• Must demonstrate ability to convey results and recommendations using metrics and data.

• Experience with industry best practices in lead generation and account-based marketing preferred.

• Competence in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, WordPress preferred.

• Experience with multi-channel marketing including SEO, SEM, content, email, and social media.

• High level expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead and contribute in a team environment.

Requirements - Less than one year of experience required

  • Adept in vendor management

  • Expertise in Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)

  • Former management experience

    • On-site SEO experience highly desired

    • Experience with Social Media Content

    • Drive Lead Generation experience desired

    • Well-founded grasp of Google Analytics

    • Foundational knowledge in Digital Marketing

    • Expertise in Lead Generation Campaigns

    • Social Media Advertising experience required

    • Solid understanding of social media

    • Good understanding of Data-driven marketing

    • Prior experience with Personas

    • Quality experience with Bing Ads

    • General familiarity with Google AdWords

    • Deep understanding of Social Media Campaigns

    • Proven knowledge of Digital Analytics

    • Well-founded grasp of Digital Advertising

    • Previous experience working with Marketing Campaign

    • Wide ranging experience with Paid Media

    • Earlier work involving Paid Media

    • Hands-on experience with Customer journey

    • General familiarity with B2B Marketing

    • Practical knowledge of Channel Marketing

    • Comprehension of Customer Journey Mapping

    • Proven knowledge of On-Page SEO

    • Skills in Customer journey

    • Foundational knowledge in Social Media Channels

    • Deep understanding of Lead Generation Programs

    • Solid understanding of AB Testing

    • Practical knowledge of Google Ad

    • Experience with Customer Journey Mapping

  • Distinguished ability in conceiving digital brands with strong ROI

  • Well-versed in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM

  • The ideal candidate should have a reasonable combination of skill, management experience and initiative

  • Skillful multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
