Description
Our team is hiring a freelance Motion Graphic Designer for our client on an ongoing freelance basis. This will be a long-term assignment, but hours will vary as it will be project based.
Job Responsibilities:
Taking initiative with briefs, illustrations and videos, involving both animation and editing tasks. Most videos are 1-3 minutes in length.
Creating both static and animated opening graphics, lower thirds, and in-video explain points. This includes designing charts, illustrations, and animations.
Adding value to a diverse range of videos by crafting both static and animated 2D graphics, primarily to support our instructional video content. Responsibilities will also include creating intros, outros, lower thirds, and pop-up texts.
Team Environment: The successful candidate will act as the link between the Design and Video teams, contributing to the creative process at every stage of production.
Requirements
Skill Requirements:
Must have 3-7+ years' experience in a similar role.
Proficient in using After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
Must have relevant experience in designing static and animated 2D motions.
Candidates must live in the Chicagoland area.
