Robert Half is looking to bring an experienced Part Time Bookkeeper onto a growing team at an innovative firm. This position requires strong social skills and a collaborative work ethic. Your responsibilities
Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits
Oversee and manage general ledger
Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Settle accounts by reconciling entries
Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents
Requirements - Prior experience working with accounting software
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Sage 300 experience desired
Knowledge of real estate
