I am seeking a customer support and product specialist supporting medical software with a global software company. The key to success is a thorough understanding of the software you are supporting. This product specialist role encompasses multiple aspects:, gathering business requirements, application configuration, technical writing and documentation management, customer support and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong knack for business analysis and customer service. In this position you will be speaking with end users at all different levels and technology knowledge; the ability to explain technical terms in non-technical ways will be crucial. This role provides the opportunity to experience all aspects of the product and explore areas within the company for further growth.
