Description
We are currently seeking an experienced QA Analyst with significant Business Analysis experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will leverage their versatile skills to ensure that our software products meet the highest quality standards while meeting the evolving needs of our business. They will work closely with our dedicated QA team, business units, and outsourced development teams.
Responsibilities:
Leverage your business analysis skills to ensure that software requirements accurately represent business needs.
Conduct manual QA testing activities, such as regression and UAT testing, ensuring the highest standard of software quality.
Self-manage and operate independently, while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Use tools such as JIRA for tracking test cases and identifying and recording defects.
Collaborate closely with business teams and onshore development teams.
Operate within an Agile environment, specifically using the Kanban framework.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a QA Analyst.
Significant experience in a Business Analyst role.
Proven experience conducting QA testing for web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications.
Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
Experience with JIRA or a similar tool for tracking test cases and defects.
Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with experience in the Kanban framework.
Strong skills in creating and managing requirements and QA/testing documentation.
