Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in the City of Industry, California as an Accounting Clerk. The role involves handling credit-related tasks and maintaining financial records. This role is based on-site and requires someone with strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach to their work.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
• Address and resolve customer credit inquiries promptly
• Monitor customer credit accounts and identify any irregularities
• Take appropriate actions to collect overdue payments
• Perform account reconciliation tasks as required
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Perform data entry tasks and process invoices
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks
• Carry out all tasks while adhering to established billing procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Demonstrated experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Billing experience required
• Proficiency in Data Entry
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle software
• Experience in using QuickBooks
• Familiarity with SAP software
