Description
Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations across all clinic sites within our client's organization. The Clinical Manager will play a crucial role in leading effective and efficient teams of medical assistants and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily operations across multiple clinic sites.
Supervise and develop a team of medical assistants and support staff.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to optimize patient care processes.
Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives for the practice.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare management.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare with proficiency in electronic medical records.
At least 2 years of management and supervisory experience, preferably leading multiple or cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams with a focus on efficiency and morale.
Previous patient-facing experience as a healthcare support staff member (e.g., medical assistant, CNA, front desk) is preferred.
Experience working with organizations with 5+ providers and multiple clinics.
Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
