50% Takes and handles phone calls, walk up and email requests for assistance. 10% Building new laptops / desktops (not hardware) for JA USA users 10% Follows up with customers to verify that problems have been resolved to the customer's satisfaction. 10% Troubleshoot hardware / software issues on customers desktop 10% Documents ticket resolutions 10% Performs other job related duties as assigned or requested.
