Description
My client is an industry leading large-scale company, join them as they embark on a transformative multiyear ERP conversion journey! They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to play a pivotal role in this dynamic project. Responsibilities:
Assist leadership and manage the accounting aspects of the multiyear ERP conversion project.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of financial processes within the ERP system.
Analyze financial data, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making during the conversion process.
Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification is desirable.
2+ years accounting experience preferably including experience as a Senior Accountant
Advanced financial systems experience ideally with exposure to ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
