OfficeTeam is now looking for a Sales Admin to work for one of our clients in Columbus, IN. This role will be customer service oriented and chosen candidate must be able to offer a high level of positive customer service. Will be main contact for daily internal/external customers and daily responsibilities will include: -Timely and accurate input of customer orders -Resolve customer issues with regards to shipment, pricing, invoicing, and other sales related issues -Facilitate short term and long-term forecasting -Complete clerical documents for customers -Update and ensure accuracy of data as it relates to pricing, terms and conditions, and delivery -Maintain and coordinate documents from websites, including POs, quotations, and deliverables -Must understand Automotive Strategies and Systems (ie.
